Abraaj – Brackish

FA Paris is Fragrance World’s premium line and this one, Abraaj Brackish is a clone of Amouage Bracken. I had to give this one a try as I love the outdoors and forests, and Amouage fragrances fascinate me.

Brackish is not as green as I thought it would be. Some have said this smells like a ‘janitor’s closet’! What you get is a fresh, soapy fougére with a big hit of cloves. If you don’t like cloves – stay away!

Whilst this is probably not one I would wear walking in the woods, I think Brackish presents a good winter alternative for when you want something different to your standard daytime freshies and is light enough for office wear. Plus it’s had compliments from the wife!
